Adele’s ‘25’ was the last album to do this!

Taylor Swift’s 2017 album, ‘Reputation’, has now sold more than two million copies, making it the biggest selling album since Adele’s ‘25’.

‘Reputation’ is Taylor’s sixth album to hit two million in sales, following ‘1989’, ‘Red’, ‘Speak Now’, ‘Fearless’, and her self-titled debut album. It took 18 weeks for ‘Reputation’ to reach two million in sales, whereas the singer’s prior album, ‘1989’, sold two million in just three weeks – this is a big indication that more people are opting for streaming as opposed to physically buying an album.

Taylor is currently gearing up to hit the road with her ‘Reputation’ tour. Earlier this month she snnounced that Camila Cabello and Charli XCX would be her support acts.

The first leg of the ‘Reputation’ tour, which includes 27 North American dates, begins May 8th in Glendale, Arizona.
