Arctic Monkeys have announced their first show of 2018 and the band will be headlining Delaware’s Firefly Festival this June. Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and The Killers will also headline the festival on June 14th – 17th.

This will be Artic Monkeys first live show in over three years and despite the Sheffield group remaining relatively quiet over the last few years, they’re expected to release their sixth studio album this year – the follow up to 2013’s ‘AM’.

However, despite the band not releasing any music recently, lead singer Alex Turner has been slightly more active and released an album with The Last Shadow Puppets alongside Miles Kane back in 2016.

Since the news broke about Artic Monkeys’ return fans have been speculating about whether they’ll do any UK shows or festivals.

Fingers crossed for a UK Festival!
